Change in the total number of shares and votes in IAR Systems Group AB

Stockholm, Sweden—November 30, 2018— As of 30 November 2018, the total number of shares in IAR Systems Group AB (publ) (”IAR Systems”) amounts to 13,968,333 shares, divided into 100,000 shares of series A, 13,508,645 shares of series B and 359,688 shares of series C. The total number of votes in IAR Systems as of 30 November 2018 amounts to 14,868,333.

As previously announced by IAR Systems, the number of shares and votes in IAR Systems has increased as a result of a share issue of 359,688 shares of series C to secure delivery of shares to employees in connection with the exercise of stock options pursuant to incentive schemes of the group and to enable cash flow to secure future payment of social security contributions attributable to these incentive schemes.
